JOY + PAIN, SUNSHINE + RAIN: BE-IMAGINATIVE HEALING RETREAT

Join us for an immersive healing experience this September with BE-IMAGINATIVE, an Emmy Award-winning collective of artists, healers, and community leaders. Our mission is to heal Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities through multidimensional storytelling and ancestral traditions. Over three days, we will connect through visual and performance art, grieving rituals, and holistic care practices designed to support emotional well-being and social connection.

Friday: Kick off the retreat with a soulful concert by SOL Development, setting the tone for a weekend of healing and transformation.

Saturday: Dive into a full day at Flow House with activities including guided meditation, sound healing, inner-child play, and more. Engage in collective care stations, enjoy nourishing meals, and participate in reflective and grounding practices.

Sunday: Choose from optional activities like a morning hike, an ancestral visualization walk, and a sound bath in nature. Conclude with a closing brunch, final reflections, and heartfelt goodbyes.

This retreat is an opportunity to come together, share stories, and heal as a community. Let's disrupt hopelessness and foster emotional well-being through the power of connection.
